Horse Training

Horse training in the Barefoot sense means clear, calm work — groundwork, body awareness and exercises that build trust, not only “obedience”. This category covers cones, rings, corner blocks, poles, boundaries, lunging deltas, lunge lines, reins, a neck rope and a horse ball. As Barefoot Baltics we stock tools that fit everyday groundwork in Baltic yards.

A four-in-one training set and individual pieces — cone, ring, corner cube, pole — let you build simple pattern and precision exercises outdoors or in the arena. Boundary markers define a work space without heavy fencing. The Expert lunging delta and Stick-Like lunge line give a good feel for in-hand and circle work; Stick-Like reins suit leading and soft contact. The Horse Whisperer neck rope is a gentle leading aid; the horse ball is playful but useful for body and attention work.

These are not miracle gadgets — they are tools to vary exercises and listen to the horse. Use them with a clear plan: short sessions, clear signals, enough pauses. New to groundwork? Start with a few elements and grow complexity as your horse’s confidence grows.

Choosing a set or single items, think about your space (arena, outdoor yard, paddock) and whether you work more in-hand or at liberty. Questions? Message us — we will suggest what fits your level and horse without buying everything at once.
